Hello, my name is Evan Morris. I have been practicing Occupational Therapy since 2006, and my professional passion has always centered around pediatric care. I am committed to providing therapy where it is needed most, which is in the child's natural environment. While there are many options for therapy services here in San Diego, I believe children can make faster and more sustainable gains in their homes and communities because the therapeutic skills are developed where the child will need to apply them.
Additionally, parents and caregivers are more able to learn the tools necessary to continue therapeutic improvements outside of the therapy sessions. My goal is to teach you as the parent all of the skills necessary to appropriately care for your child and support his/her needs into the future.
In order to achieve this goal, I have compiled a team of highly, specialized Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists who have decades of experience treating children of all ages and challenges. We have the range of expertise to treat any child from newborn infants to adolescent athletes. We have all worked for traditional therapy businesses and hospitals where children are often placed on a waitlist for weeks or months prior to getting much needed care. We recognize that therapeutic intervention cannot be delayed simply because there aren't enough open appointments in a traditional therapy office. Progression Pediatrics is the answer to getting children care when and where they need it most.
